Mobility Claim

Hi everyone, i hope somebody can help me, my daughter is due to turn 3 in January, and due to medical reasons, she cannot walk at all, i have been advised to fill in the forms to get her mobility sorted, my question was, she already receives higher rate care and this is due for renewal in June, if i fill in the mobility forms, will i have to do the care one as well or will that wait untill its renewal in june?

IIRC, the period of the awards can't differ, so if they decide they actually do need to do a review in June, and they can't simply extend the award, you will get another form in (before) June.

Filling in the form now may mean that they can assess both, so you won't need to do extra work then.
