Ryanair 'no-show' letter...

My daughter needs a 'no-show' letter from Ryanair in order to claim on her travel insurance for a flight she and the children were unable to take due to her sudden illness. I have Googled and found the page on the Ryanair website which says they will be glad to supply a letter for a fee of £17. Iniquitous as that is it will still be worthwhile to continue with the claim. However, the web page does not give details of how to request the letter. I am sure that if I hang on to their premium rate line I can find the answer but perhaps someone here can give me those details please?
