Hi all, wondering if you can help, recieved offer from bh of £10,600 i sent back acceptance form which they recieved last week, how long do they take to pay, ive asked for direct credit to my bank account and interest was only added to 14/11/11 so i assumed money would go in by then. Called them this morning to be told it could take 8 weeks for them to pay even though letter states no later than 14/11/11. Can anyone else tell me how long bh took to pay into there account thx

You could be looking up to 8 weeks i am afraid!.
All you can hope for is that it comes sooner rather than later.

Yes, 8 weeks seem the general norm. Tell me, is your loan still active? If so, did they offer to credit your Agreement with the refund? If yes, how did you go about it to get them to give you the money instead?
