signatures rejected

Spoke tto first plus 6 weeks ago to see how things were going they said they had rejected our signatures so they went through some security questions and they said the next time we would hear from them is when we get the cheque. I rang again on Friday to see when I would get the cheque and they said our signatures had still been rejected and we would have to sign some more acceptance letters. They said they didnt know anything about going through security questions and what we were told was wrong.

Par for the course with this lot i am afraid.
Ring them again and ask to speak to a manager,tell them what you were told 6 weeks ago and to get their finger out and send the new forms asap ask for a fax number so that you can send them that way or you will be e mailing Bob Diamond.

Hi Tubby210, did you ring First Plus today? What did they say?

I am awaiting cheques from them however worried now that mine have been rejected. Will ring in the morning to chase up. The last time I spoke to them was to see if they had received by acceptance forms which they did however did not mention anything being a problem or anything being rejected so hope all is ok.

Hope you have sorted the problem and get your deserved cheques.

Thanks I spoke to them yesterday and I am sending fax today. But they wouldnt say that they would deal with it straight away
