i have been seeing a shrink most of my life and have been on numerous meds for my illnesses but was only diagnosed with bp and bpd after my last break down 2yrs ago, as for the habit there is no help or support to actually come off it unless i do it myself. will check out the link above. thank you.
also i do shop n scan, my survey and paid surveys so do make a bit from them but nothing substantial.x0 -

Well done on trying to get to grips with your demons, and ignore holier than thou comments from some members.
I lost my mum 3 years ago to alcoholic liver disease, we couldn't get her to give up and stay "given" up and it cost her her life, and it wasn't a pleasant death. I try to understand how hard it was for her but thankfully I don't seem to have that addictive behaviour, and without it, its very hard to understand, so well done on the recovery.
Regarding the other habit, I know nothing about it whatsoever, but I'm sure there must be some help groups/forums online that you could join.Light Bulb Moment: October 2011
