    Any ideas anyone?

To be honest, when it comes to DWP administration of ESA they ain't very good as they have terrible problems with the computer system in place. Unless the breakdown of monies in the letter is different to normal or you start to see different amounts going into your account then I would be inclined to assume the letter is just computer generated for some obscure reason. This seems especially likely since there's no evidence the WCA has started or has been done.

If you are still worried you could call them up - but you may find like many the agent on the phone has no more clue about why the letter has been sent or what it means than you. (The previous thread I looked at this morning the customer received a letter cancelling medical appointment... then they were accused of failing to attend the medical and had to prove they had received a letter saying their medical was cancelled... things like this are not uncommon sadly)

Same amount of benefits went into account but it was a little early and from a different source ( BGC London and then some numbers).

Don't know why that happened either.

It's been my experience that any change of any sort on your claim can generate spurious letters, outlining your current entitlement - even if there has been no change.
