Wikipedia - Adding A Picture

Hi All,
How is this done? I've a picture saved on my desktop that I took and I want to add it to a wikipedia page, however when I attempt to it appears blank on wikipedia apart from the description, I've read the wiki tutorials to no avail.
Below is the code I use, any advice?
