Life insurance policy for high risk person?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction for an insurer that will cover somebody at "high risk". We urgently need cover for our mortgage which has just been taken out.The problem is finding an insurer for pre-existing medical conditions & being over-weight. Is there an insurer that anyone knows of, or a broker that would deal with such issues?
