Welcome and Marbles

I have complained to Beneficial and Marbles regarding PPI had sucess with Beneficial and 5 weeks on still waiting for money and they keep fobbing me off as regards Marbles the 16 weeks were up last week so they were saent a letter telling them so next week will be 18 weeks so has anyone had the same problem with Marbles they have confirmed that they have received my complaint and are dealing with it but I also when I asked for a copy of the original agreement they cannot find it.
I am helping a relative and a friend withWelcome and PPI and all the other insurances they add on they claim on one he never had it I have replied to welcome with proof he id
My questions are anyone had problems with Marbles and what is the latest on Welcome

    Well done on your success :beer:

    I would contact/ring Marbles or find out who their CEO (Chief Executive officer) is and email him or her.

    In regards of Welcome if the policy was taken out 14th Jan 2005 onwards, and sold by them, you make the reclaim through the Financial compensation scheme (FSCS), as Welcome are in default, more details below.

    If the policy was taken out prior to that, contact the FOS and ask on the best direction to take this, normally they will suggest the underwriter/insurer of the policy.

    Many thanks Dizzy Di I have checked the welcome paperwork for those I am helping, and one is July 2005 the other Aug 2004 so will follow your advice, but the letter I had from welcome last week saying that he was never charged PPI never said about being in default so I am working on they are that dishonest they will try anything I will let the FSCS NOW
    I am ringing Benificial this afternoon to ask where my money is as we agreed a figuer in late September, I have writen to Marbles telling them they were in breach of what is legaly a court order but they still have not responded

    Just got off the phone to Benificial and Marbles Benificial say money should be in my account by Friday if not ring them and no more demand letters
    Marbles they have transferred my complaint to HSBC bank but they do not know when it was transferred, told them they were 2 weeks over the 16 no response but they say will be in touch in the next couple of days. they are unable to say anymore than that so have nothing to chase just have to wait:cool:
