    and not all year 10/11 get to go on a work placement
    in my school they only put the "smart kids" on placements
    If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

  • Have you thought about volunteering in a charity shop? You could only do it for one day a week or something like that and could ask them if you could put the manager down as a reference. In my experience they are more than happy to do so. Plus it makes you look good in that you're willing to work for free to gain experience and you care about charitable causes.
