Company Car Question

Hi All,
I have a query regarding company cars I hope someone will be able to help me with.
I currently own and drive a private car (58 plate VW Polo - 1.6 Petrol) and do about 15,000 miles a year of which between 8,000 and 10,000 are business miles. I currently receive 45p a mile from my employer.
In the coming month I may have the opportunity to take up the offer of a company car. My employer is still sorting out a new car scheme but there are a few cars floating around from people who have left the company. The car in question is an old model Astra (58 plate) 1.3 CTDI of which the original list price is ~£15,000. The CO2 emissions are 133. I'm not sure what employee contributions would be, it tends to have a policy that if it's a certain model or less than no contributions are made or if you choose extras then you pay the difference. There will be no contribution to make on this model.
There is also a cash equivalent of ~£3,600 p.a for those entitled to a car but do not want the car. Can anyone tell me if it is worth taking the company car or stick with my own. I have done nearly 50,000 on my own car and am wary about the depreciation.
