Lidl sometimes have American food items, its in red & blue packaging. I've had popcorn, honey roasted almonds, maple syrup, cookies, hotdogs, before. You can prob get all of this anywhere tbh. What about those small bottles of wines in the supermarkets such as Ernest & Julio Gallo, Echo Falls etc. Agree with the chick flick idea too.

My husband is American and I make iced tea every day for him - real easy to make.

Hot water (I use 500ml approx)
Tea Bag (tea we use is PG but any can do)
Sugar to taste (5 table spoons -thats hubbys taste)
    Chill in fridge
    Serve chilled or with ice

What about some home made muffins?

    HTH
