You can get little drying racks that attach to your window so you can hang washing outside . Something like this..

The 99p shop (and similar) sell something similiar to this to dry undies on: http://www.lakeland.co.uk/23360/Large-Aluminium-Smalls-Dryer0

Argos do a cheaper one.
Don't know how well it works yet but their more expensive one has rave reviews.
A bit of feedback on this electric airer - It works a treat. It dries clothes really quickly although it does make the room quite warm and could create condensation without good ventilation. If I didn't have a bit airing cupboard that I use for drying jumpers etc. I'd get one myself.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0 -
Make sure you keep windows open a gap so air comes in front outside, and and keep doors ajar within flat. Use the airer and position it so that it's side-on to a draught, so the airstream can get through the holes, IYSWIM?
Also buy some more coat hangers and hang things on them in doorways. I also do bigger items (eg. bedsheets) over top of an open door (which should be letting air in!)0 -
See if you can pick up a small dehumidifier and put that in the room near the clothes. You can get some small/portable units, see if you can get one second hand on ebay maybe. It won't take up much room and it'll remove any damp from the air, so it'll dry your clothes faster.
I just googled some and they're coming up at £15-25 or so.0
