However, how likely is it that the OP would cause an accident, collecting money and opening and closing a gate anyway? All a bit far fetched, don't you think?
If the OP has not even ventured out of doors for several months, then the neighbour's evidence will be patchy, to say the least, and the OP should have nothing to worry about.
If he suffers that badly with anxiety and cannot normally step outside his house, I would imagine it very likely he'd have had a panic attack and left the ride unattended at the very least!
The neighbour seems pretty adamant the OP is fiddling the system and I imagine his suspicions have stemmed from the OP's behaviour, so it's likely there is more evidence than that!
A photo after two previous claims that warranted an investigation may well be enough to prompt a more thorough investigation anyway (we can hope!)
After all, the OP has previously told them the neighour is a liar and not doubt argued he never does anything like that, but this evidence suggests otherwise!0 -

Secondly, no one would pursue the OP for everything he/she owns, because if the OP is on benefits, then she would not be worth pursuing and no one with any sense would throw money at a claim against someone who has nothing.
So nobody on benefits owns a property with a large amount of equity in it? That's interesting to know!0 -

Of course they do. Did you really assume that was an actual fact from that one statement? I was simply pointing out the nonsense of the scenario. Making a claim for injuries against any individual (unless they are ecxeedingly wealthy) is something that most solicitors wouldn't want to take on.0 -
I think people are getting anxiety confused with agoraphobia. Saying people with GAD shouldn't be able to go out in busy situations etc etc. Anxiety is a very grey area. I was signed off on paid leave for 5 weeks recently. It wasn't being at work that made me anxious. Far from it I had support there. It was the stress of work and personal mixed with the ILLNESS that is anxiety that tipped me over the edge. My anxiety symptoms were insomnia, panic attacks laying in bed late at night, genuinely thinking I was dying/sick etc when I wasn't. Causing me to be too exhausted to cope with my demanding job. At no point during this would I have been unable to attend a fairground for 1hr as OP has stated !!!!!!.
I really think this picture is going to get your neighbour nowhere. Unless this is a fairground that you attend regularly it's hardly likely that they're going to catch you there again."If you don't feel the bumps in the road, you're not really going anywhere "

Spoil sport your spoiling the fun of the I.Q.M.P.'s and the O.D.A's, not to mention the A.S.S. !paddedjohn wrote: »If they can manage a fairground job then surely they can manage anything, anxiety my ar5e, it was a bonfire party no doubt with loud fire works and crowds of people
Speaking of A.S.S.'s what does your ugly fat ar5e have to do with factual advice for the OP?
Report your neighbours! They shouldn't be near you but the fact they took a photo proving they broke their own bail conditions is pure cheek. Its also a little scary that they would go that far so don't let them get away with it.My Advice
Also they got a photo of what exactly? You standing by the door of the ride? Taking tokens? Letting people in and out? Its all in the details but honestly a photo i wouldn't worry to much, had it been video it would have been much more definitive.0 -
Well, this needs said. To those who have suddenly decided to go all judgemental on me, cheers for kicking someone while they're down, i came here for advice and yes, i got some good sound advice even from those unsure of the situation (Many thanks) but it amazed me how many of you assumed i'm not giving the full story.
I suppose i missed one part which is that the neighbour was actually a friend until last year, then when she got back with her ex, the hate campaign started, unsure why. Maybe because we helped her out now and then, taking her kids while she went shopping etc. and her ex may not have been too happy.
For your information, i have since been in contact with the DWP and explained the situation and they confirmed that there was no problems with what i had done. So even they understand that people with anxiety and depression have up days and down days.0 -

Well done, I bet that's a load off your mind
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Did you ask them to put that in writing?0
