Blackhorse - How are refunds credited?

Received my redress letter this Friday from Blackhorse confirming acceptance of £5100 in PPI refunds (two loans) which is great!
I've still got a loan running with them, no PPI and separate from the repaid loans which had PPI.
My query is will they credit this loan with the refund or sent a separate cheque/transfer and do I have any choice in the matter?
Anyone have any experience?

Congratulations on the wins, they should only credit the running loan if it is in arrears. If not then you should receive it in full by whatever means they use whether that be cheque or transfer. You may be given the option but not sure. Well done :beer:Successes

Just don't plan to spend it this side of christmas!! If you are "one of the customers caught up in the backlog" they may now be paying direct in to your account rather than the cheque they promised.0
