I last wrote to my bank on the 12th of Dec 06 asking for my money back.
They informed me they never recieved the letter.
I hand delivered the letter and got the bank to stamp me a reciept for the letter. Is it too late for me to now proceed with small claims. it has been 43 days and they have not got back to me and the asmount is £1008.00

Lastly must I send them another letter claiming back my charges?
  • Write and give them 7 days to reply or you will take them to court. If they don't reply within that timescale, start with MoneyClaim.

Don't hand deliver the letter, post it and get it recorded delivery - that way you can prove that someone acknowledged receipt of it.
