Hi
I recieved my resposnse from the Halifax on the 5th September saying that they would pay me in full, which i signed the forms off and enclosed a letter stating i did not want any repayments going to outstanding payments (loans now paid in full).
When I have got hold of somebody on the phone I get told that its still been looked at and its all to do with volume of complaints.
I have seen that quite a few others who replied around the same time have already had a cheque, does anyone have any ideas how i can speed up my claim?

Hi
Well done on your success!
I would contact them every few days, its unlikely you will speak to the same person each time, hope you receive your payout soon, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
