Zagfles - 30hr question

You always seem to be hot on Tax Credits - can you answer this one for me please? Getting conflicted answers.
Normal contracted hours - 27.
Since Feb been working 30hrs (covering maternity leave) and therefore entitled to, and claiming the 30hr element.
As of Monday I revert to my usual contracted hours.
Is there a 4 week run-on or will the 30hr element drop out with immediate effect?
Sole parent normally claiming CTC and WTC (for the 27hrs). No other changes.
Run on or not?
Thanks for your help.

Not Zagfles but can answer your question.
There is no run on in your situation of the 30hr element. You would only get a run-on if your hours fall below 16.
The answer is in the WTC entitlement and maximum rate regulations 2002 Regulation 7D if you need the source.
