<10 minute batter life on Sony Vaio

Can anyone help me with this. My battery used to be pretty good, but is now 10 mins at the most before it completely dies on me.

Can anyone help me sort it? or should I just buy a new battery, and if so could anyone help me find one? It's a VGN-NR10E

Ok, there are a few on ebay which start with VGN-NR but don't mention the last part, would any of these be sufficient?

Better still, remove the battery and post the part number.

So you can search using that part number. Note that, as per my earlier post, that along with the battery you should be supplied with a special Driver; to ensure that the battery complies with the laptop specification.

FYI, we have a Dell laptop and the battery went. So we bought a replacement one via ebay, and it lasted less than a year before it started losing power.

Genuine dell, or a generic compatible?
