Post 1998 - Repayment Threshold

The Post 1998 repayment threshold from 6th April 2012 till 5th April 2013 will be £15,795 per annum.
Future years up till 5th April 2016 will increase by previous years threshold + (previous year threshold * March previous year RPI) - rounded to the nearest £5
15000 + (15000 * 5.3%[March 2011 RPI] )
