Help with 2nd hand ipod please!!

I bought a 2nd hand ipod touch 2nd gen for my daughter. It's in lovely condition, but when she tries to go on youtube, for example, it is asking for a password. Do I need to get that from the seller?
Also, how can she put her own password on it?
It has been jailbroken BTW.
ETA: She is able to access wifi at home, but seems to need a password to access youtube.

Sounds like need to create new account on youtube, cant see seller giving you there youtube account.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0

Have you got iTunes to wipe the iPod, this will of course delete all music an apps, but will clear any account info left on it.0

Thank you. Managed to set up an iTunes account. I didn't want to set it up with my debit/ credit card details as , much as I love and trust my 12 yr old, I would prefer not to!! Was able to do it without and now she has been happily using Youtube, etc.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Problem solved.... 13 yr old friend has one and had it all sorted within minutes. You can look at all the manuals you want, but it's much easier to give gadgets to a kid and let them show you!Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
