hi.. i do ww and i count the points.. i make a big pan of soup each week, then it last for a few days. the ww carrot & corriander soup is yummy, but i also make no count soup with whatever veggies i have.. just dont add any pots. butternut squash, red onion and carrot is amazing !!!!

also one of my fav no count products is Hellmans extra light mayo. you can then make yummy fillings like egg mayo or use up any leftover .. chicken/ tuna/ ect

i do ww points too but kind of thrown it to the wayside until all the quality street have gone lol

cooked pasta with some cooked (leftover) chicken, lots of salad stuff minus the lettuce and then over the top mix in 1 tbsp mayo and 2tbsp of natural yoghurt or obviously if you like you can leave out the mayo. then sprinkle on some cayenne pepper (pardon my spelling)

with left over lamb i cooked some cous cous added 35g (1.5pts) of very finely chopped lamb, rocket salad wripped, chopped spring onion, cherry tomatos, diced cucumber, 2 chopped apricots and some raisins and fresh mint. it was lovely!!
as you can see i usually use the leftovers from sunday lunch in my lunch boxes :D
It only seems kinky the first time.. :A
