    I think I'm in the same boat as a lot of others, emails to say 9 items were OOS (even books I don't think many others would've bought) and then my Sainsburys account says 'orders processing'!

    The strange thing, I ordered 2 cd's my the same group for my daughter, one's been cancelled and the other is still 'processing'. I can't see any order in the items that've been cancelled, IMO they've put a blanket 'out of stock' on all items before cancelling all the items bought for 'nothing'!

    I started writing this before reading the above emails.
  • I got home to an email saying the items I had ordered were out of stock - eight books. Two dvds have been removed from my order list with no explanation! I've not had the email that everyone else seems to have got though so am going to carry on being optimistic, and will be up for book swapping as a gesture to those who missed out:) fingers crossed

    Same here, I suppose it's quicker to sent an email to people than go through individual items. :(:(
