With so so much information about savings and best accounts etc, my greycell is scrambled.
I have £45,000 to invest and I would like to keep the capital, leave it for a year letting it build up interest which I can reclaim once of year to provide a wee luxury for myself or my kids.
Simple question, which is THE best account to invest it in please?
Please do not scramble my greycell with an overload of financial advice - though much appreciated.
A simple 4-word answer maximum would be VERY much appreciated.
Thanks
Skye

Icesave, should return around 2k after tax (providing you are bisic rate taxpayer)

You dont want to invest by the sounds of it. In which case, you should only be looking at interest bearing savings accounts.
As examples already given above, I wont repeat them.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
