Oh no Tilly, I hope you get it all sorted out. It happened in OHs account with A&L and they managed to sort it all out pretty quickly and the money was back in his account. It is stressful though, good luck.0

Hope they're on the case Tilly, sure they'll sort it quickly.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Money will be returned by the bank within 30 minutes and no other payments have been set up.
Given they took close on a £1k I am so relieved. FD were absolutely fantastic and professional.
I'm going to make a bacon sandwich and a cuppa and have a sit down.

Brilliant news Tilly, much relief all round
I know you will have had a sleepless night but it's great that it's been sorted so quickly. Thankfully I've never had this happen to me but I understand the service provided by fraud teams these days is much improved than it was in the past
Have a good day

Glad it sorted, will you find out how it happened
When I had to deal with fraud squad when money went out my bank account, they where a nightmare
Turned out it was a cashier typing in my account number accidentally when someone was trying to take money out of their own account
I left the bank soon after
