Opening/closing date & time:

Method & cost of entry:

Trip to see Rihanna at the O2, London

A trip for the winner and one (1) companion to London to see Rihanna in concert at The O2 on 20 December 2011, to include:

· First class return rail travel from the UK mainland train station nearest to the winner’s home to London (unless the winner is based in Northern Ireland in which case the prize will include return economy class flights to London and return ground transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel);

· Tickets for the winner and one (1) companion to see Rihanna in concert on 20 December 2011 to take place at The O2, Millennium Way, London(subject to venue restrictions, photographic ID may be required);

· A backstage meet and greet with Rihanna (subject to restrictions and availability);

· Return ground transfers between the arrival rail station in London and the hotel;

· Return ground transfers between the hotel and the concert for the winner and their companion; and

· One (1) night bed-and-breakfast accommodation at the Chancery Court Hotel in London on 20 December 2011 based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room;

Holiday

A trip for the winner and one (1) companion for seven (7) nights to Barbados to include:

· Return economy class flights from an airport in London to Barbados (subject to availability);

· Seven (7) nights accommodation for the winner and their companion at Cobblers Cove Hotel in Barbados on a half board basis based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room;

· Return transfers between the airport and hotel;

· Travel insurance for the winner and their companion for the duration of the trip (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and/or their companion are responsible for meeting any costs related to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions;
· One (1) spa treatment each for the winner and their companion at the Cobblers Cove Hotel Wellbeing Centre (subject to availability); and
· A coach and boat excursion including lunch for the winner and their companion to the east and west coasts of Barbados (subject to availability and weather conditions). Safety equipment and supervision will be provided for all excursions where applicable.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that Rihanna does not perform on the relevant date, or that the concert does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at either hotel for security deposit purposes. The concert element of the prize must be taken up on 20 and 21 December 2011 and no other dates are available. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the winner and/or their companion are available to travel on 20 and 21 December 2011 in order to take up the concert element of the prize.

The Barbados holiday element of the prize must be booked and taken up between 1 March 2012 and 30 November 2012 and cannot be taken between 6 April 2012 and 9 April 2012. The winner must give the prize provider at least one (1) months’ notice of their desired dates of travel for the Barbados holiday element of the prize.

For the Barbados holiday element of the prize the winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Barbados (including, if necessary, visas). Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider.

Please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted to stay at Cobblers Cove Hotel before 27 March 2012.Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.


The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
