Budget hotels in Central London?

I have a maximum of £100 for two nights in London. I want to ideally stay in the Victoria area, but Paddington/Euston or Fulham/Kensington is ok too.
I will be going in the next couple of weeks.
I've looked at the Easyhotel but rooms seem a bit too tiny although it is just myself travelling. Also a plug socket is essential to charge my phones.
Just want some where clean and basic with my own room (shared toilet would be ok for the right place, but prefer en suite).
Any ideas?

There is a B&B in Kentish town were single rooms start at £17.50 a night (or that was the price when I looked 6 months ago) - just cant for the life of me remember its name0

Travel lodge - several in London and all pretty decent.
Having done a spoof search for you: lowest price for two nights seems to be about £120? But it could be cheaper depending on the days you choose.0 -

I'd normally say Travelodge too - but unfortunately to get the best (saver) rates at Travelodge you need to book at least 21 days in advance. Because the OP is looking at dates earlier than this, I think they'll be outside thier £100 budget.0 -
You could try the Holiday Inn 2nights for 1 link, but this last minute you may struggle to get anything within your buget unless you are very flexible with your dates and where you stay. Sunday's are often cheaper and obviously Fridays and Saturday's the most expensive. It may be cheaper to stay outside of London and travel in.

You won't get "acceptable" hotel accomodation in central london for that, in my experience. There are some utter, utter dives pretending to be hotels in central London, and they fill the lower price brackets.
I know you said no shared rooms, but try "The Generator" hostel in Bloomsbury or the Euston Youth Hostel Association place. That may even have individual rooms.
(If you're over 30, these suggestions may not be for you!)0 -
Have you thought about a youth hostel? I have heard good things about the YHA St Pancras (on the road between Euston and King's Cross) - it had a revamp a couple of years ago and also tends to be a bit quieter than some of the others due to being popular with commuters/people travelling on business."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

If you are looking to stay at Holiday Inn, I have a code where you only pay for 1 night if staying for 2?0

I've stayed at the Easy hotel in Victoria. Really small rooms, shower is pre formed unit but functional and clean. Tv is about a fiver a day extra. I think they had wi-fi with a pretty good signal.
At £30/40/50 or so it is acceptable as it is clean etc. You can do without servicing for a couple of days. I stayed 2 nights at around £59 and £99 and it wasn't worth anywhere near £99 but I was on short notice. With hindsight, if I still had to go that week, I would have paid £120 or so a night for a full service hotel.
Another option, though with a communal shower facility (very good I add) is the Wellington http://www.the-wellington.co.uk/ Sometimes rooms from £39/49 and though without bathrooms, very good for the location. Again, going past about £79 makes these unattractive as well. However, here you can book and cancel 24 hours beforehand and pay no charges, so that is worth considering.
Avoid most hostels such as the ones on Belgrave Road or near Paddington as they are often flea pits. Use Trip Advisor religiously.0 -
Your budget is tight for central London so I can't help within that.
The following unusual place might be of interest:
I've stayed here a few times:

Very central if coming into Euston. Bedford Place off Russell Square - felt fine walking back alone very late after an event.
Singles: from £64 (Budget room = not en-suite and up three flights of stairs) to £90.
Quaker-related, so not rowdy!0 -
Tune Hotels might just fit your budget. Tiny rooms with prefab en suites but very comfortable and very clean.0
