Thank you, pennylane. I have no idea why the woman on the phone at Barclays said the offer was a Pigsback one. Barclays are running radio ads on my local station, offering £50 cashback, but the woman insisted that the Pigsback offer was for £50 cashback from PB themselves and not Barclays.

Looks like I'll need to fire up the printer and send a letter off to Barclays :rolleyes:

They're also running TV ads, and what's more I recently completed a survey on their ads including this one!

I did the Barclays insurance (though I did the initial quote through Quidco).

I understood it that the £50 was when you rang them so they could match or beat a higher quote, but because you ring them and dont actually complete the tranaction on line you dont qualify for cashback (or points).

They matched my quote and sent me a £50 cheque, but the chq didnt get sent for about 8 weeks - incase you cancel I expect.

Unles PB ran a different offer that I missed?
