1. It tells you in the terms of the offer on the info page you clicked through to. Each one is different.

2. Don't believe it anyway. Take screen shots of everything you claim for, inform your lawyers, Trading Standards, send yourself a print-out in a sealed envelope, and be prepared to email countless times to claim your reward, especially if it is for more than 50 points.

3. That's what you'd think if you were to believe everything you read here. I've had very few problems.

there is a big bad news for me,i started this acct and made 1000 points and ordered a boots voucher first time,also recommended my brothers(i thought we can?),3 of them to sign up so i could get points as well,i didnt get points for lightspeed panel and garlik thing so wrote email to pigsback member support and i got this reply :
Dear Member,

The system has flagged multiple accounts accessed from the one computer with the
same registration details and activity.

As per the Pigsback.com Terms and Conditions which all members must agree to on
registration, only one account per member is allowed.
Access to one account only, is permitted also.

Your account has been flagged as one of the duplicate accounts and has therefore
been unsubscribed from Pigsback.com and all Reward orders cancelled.

yes Ash, a few people have had similar experiences and they did reinstate them once they explained. Many of us have partners/family that also have accounts from within the same house. I'm careful to make sure that we don't log on straight after each other - as someone on here recommended.

i feel so sad today,actually i cried:(
i replied to their email saying i recommended my brothers who live in the same house,as being unaware of their policies for one per household,i redeemed my points for boots voucher and just requested for this
already i was sad today since morning due to tensions in my home and this news really made me upset,anyways just praying this works!!

I have a question, and I hope someone here can help me!

I took up the 'beat your home insurance renewal quote with Barclays' offer back on Nov 20th 2006, which promised 2000 piggypoints plus £50. I had to chase PB for the points, and I've just called Barclays because I've not had the £50 (which I had assumed would come from Barclays, as I'm sure I remember it being promoted as covering any cancellation fees from your old insurer).

Barclays just told me that the £50 should come from PB and not them, and that they never made the £50 offer. The thing is, I was daft and didn't screencap the original PB Barclays offer screen, so I don't have proof of that.

Did anyone else take up the Barclays Home Insurance offer and take a screencap that they could send me, please? I would take Barclays' word for it and email PB support, but I'd rather just check first of all

it was Barclays themselves that had the £50 cashback offer for switching
