Whiteleys has adult tickets for £8.80  I never get to the cinema in London because of the outragious prices. Think I've only been about 5 times since I stopped being a "child" :rotfl:

Over at the Pigsback Jackpots there is a Predict The Oscars jackpot running.. The current favourites according to oddschecker are:

Best actor in a leading role:
    Forest Whittaker

Best actress in a leading role:
    Helen Mirren

Best actor in a supporting role:
    Eddie Murphy

Best actress in a supporting role:
    Jennifer Hudson

    Best picture:
    The Departed

As with anything gambling related, this is not guaranteed.. But they have been the favourites for a while now, so may be worth risking 50 points at least?

Good luck if you go for it :)

Thanks a lot for posting the odds.I was wondering if you have to get them all right for a return? Also, there seems to be another jackpot for dancing on ice closing tomorrow?Anyone follow it and know who is the favourite?

    Thanks in advance.xx

I got 3 reviews/tips published today which was a nice surprise. It's still not even a month since I joined and I've earned over £40 worth of points (including a crossword win) and only made one purchase which I was going to buy anyway. I LOVE this site.
Good for you! :T How long did it take to publish? I have submitted two reviews earlier this week, fingers crossed.

Next person out seems to be between Emily Symons & Lee Sharpe with the latter slightly edging it to go.

I just got 100 points for having a club house tip published!!!

    I suggested a Kids Zone:
What about having a kids zone with colouring and activities for smaller surfers?

It could have an under fives, over fives and teens section in it, with activites and suggestions for days out, half term things to do and stuff like that!
It could be really useful and you could have mini competitions to win pigs and pens and things to get them interested too...

    Nice one!!!!!
    3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

Have you not been lucky with the seefilmfirst freebies? I've only paid to go to the cinema about twice since last July when I first discovered the free previews. Keep an eye on the free cinema tickets thread and fingers crossed you'll get a few freebies.
