  • Over at the Pigsback Jackpots there is a Predict The Oscars jackpot running.. The current favourites according to oddschecker are:

Best actor in a leading role:
    Forest Whittaker

Best actress in a leading role:
    Helen Mirren

Best actor in a supporting role:
    Eddie Murphy

Best actress in a supporting role:
    Jennifer Hudson

    Best picture:
    The Departed

As with anything gambling related, this is not guaranteed.. But they have been the favourites for a while now, so may be worth risking 50 points at least?

Good luck if you go for it :)

I recently joined Pigsback and have managed to save enough points for a reward. When I try to claim the reward I get asked to give a mobile number to recieve a validation code. Problem is I don't have a mobile (I know probably the only person in the country without one). I don't really want to buy one specially for this (never really liked them) - is there any way I can claim without this, or is it a necessary part of the process. If I'd know I probably won't have joined - though I must say I do like the site very much.
    Thanks

I was thinking about this but would have been more appealing if you could have done individual bets rather then a sort of accumalator on them all.
2p off is still 2p off!

Bah! Typical, Kensington is my "local" Odeon... and West End/Tottenham Court Road would be perfect when meeting friends. Will check other ones in area, I'm sure it's still more than £6.50 a ticket for adults these days  UCI Whiteleys for me i think...

Thanks for the info on the T&C :T
