Hi,

you won't recieve the 500 points until she has claimed her first reward. Pigsback don't give you the 500 points immediately after the person you have referred signs up until they have order their first voucher because they are not validated and it could just be you using another email address to get points for yourself.

I placed one order and didn't get an email confirmation from DABS (although the goods arrived OK) so I didn't bother to complain to Pigsback - it wasn't a lot of points but seems like you need to complain strongly. Good luck

Try [EMAIL="postmaster@pigsback.com"]postmaster@pigsback.com[/EMAIL] and also add it to your contacts list so it doesn't end up in the your spam folder.

Hi, newbie to Pigsback here, I registered only a couple of days ago, used the first couple of postings on here to get going and I think I must have won one of the competitions as I've now got 1800 points in my piggybank:T So firstly, thank you all very much for posting the posts with answers and how to collect points.

Next question: On my redeem section it states that the vouchers are not available for 8 days, is that because I have to wait so long before I can spend points being a new member or is something wrong?

Not that I'm going to redeem until I get 2000, might as well wait for another couple of hundred points!
