I ordered my 1st voucher a weekor so back, and it came within 2 days !I was chuffed to bits, it was £10 boots, but Ihave also redemmed another 2 since then, but nothing received yet... anyone else finding them slow? and how long do i have to wait before I can email them ?

i ordered my arcadia on the 31st and have emailed them before, last time they said they would have some in a couple of days and ive emailed them again today and had a reply a little while ago..

Is it just me or is MSE painfully slow. I had awful trouble getting the crossword to post and then it came up with a database error

Yes had trouble getting points on a laptop and printer ordered via their Dabs link....after 3 emails I received a response asking me to input the invoice number, but recieved no points...this was last year.....very disappointing!!
