I think it's 50"Every time you feel yourself getting pulled into someone else's nonsense, tell yourself: Not my circus, not my monkeys." - Mark Borkowski.

John Lewis / Waitrose vouchers are now in stock. Hopefully the Arcadia ones will be back in stock either tonight or tomorrow.0

Some of the Brewers Fayre chain restaurants have been the subject of a buyout this week. They are now owned by Mitchells & Butlers.
Subsequently, these restaurants are now no longer taking Whitbread Leisure Vouchers as methods of payment.
Not all restaurants are affected, only a portion(lol) of them.
However, they are still displaying all Brewers Fayre logo's AND still using all Brewers Fayre menu's and POS. There is nothing on display to indicate they are not accepting Whitbread vouchers as, according to one of their managers *it is classed as negative advertising*.
The only indication i was able to find was a computer generated notice claiming *This restaurant is no longer participating in the Nectar rewards programme. we are unable to either award Nectar points or redeem them*
Best advice they were able to offer me was to ring first, to see if the reatuarant was still accepting vouchers.
But i thought it was pretty poor that, having vouchers bought for me just before christmas and them having the Brewers Fayre logo on the reverse, i now cannot use them at my local restaurant.
Thanks
spend them at beefeaters or pizza hut..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.0 -

Might be worth mentioning that I used leisure vouchers at TGI's about 2 weeks ago and they told me they were no longer part of the Whitbread group and will stop accepting their vouchers... hope PB are aware of this as they are advertising it as an offer in itself like they do.0 -

It's a bit more exciting if you are spending your own money...although on the flipside also more depressing when you lose lol...thats why I never wager more than a fiverMrs Storeyxx
