I'm starting to lose faith in PB

It seems like you have to chase them for anything over 50pp recently. I'm waiting for nearly 2500pp that are 10 days overdue, I've e-mailed them several times and they don't get back to me.

Can anyone please restore my faith

I've had to chase them up twice since the end of dec for points not added,but each time they have always gotten back to me within 2 days and manually added the points

make sure you include as much info in the email as you can eg dates of signing up / shopping and forward any confirmation emails you have been sent.

I've given dates etc and I've been e-mailing through the contact us bit at the bottom of the site. I've always used it and when I wasn't asking about the points owed they replied in 24hrs.

I hadn't recieved some Figleaves points after 48hrs (should take 24) so i emailed Pigsback & they were credited the next day,
