not a con as such but as is the same as most of these places that offer timeshare at realy low prices there are a lot of "extras" they add on once you have it such as having to pay a yearly fee for maid service maintainace of the propety and gardens, insurance, and loads of other things. these all add up to quite a ammount each year.

it wont have been through Pigsback...its a timeshare/vacation club company...they usually get your info from street surveys, or just junk mail saying "you have won a competition, please ring such and such number"..

Its not a prize, they will ask you to pay so much up front....a few hundred £££, they make it seem like you are getting a really cheap holiday, but once you are there you will be subjected to hard sell presentations to buy their product.

They appear on the Prizefinder and Loquax forum with alarming frequency.
