Is this a genuine address? It's rare for me to receive emails from Natwest and googling hasn't helped-
info@eml.natwest.com
Most likely a scammer. Don't respond, forward it to a proper Natwest email address and ask them to contact you by letter.0 -
I know I should know the answers to my following questions given my age but..I don't:o
Why bother responding to a comment on your own historic thread, especially when you have deleted your original post.
You're not using the forum in a reasonable way - perhaps you could send a PM if you have a query and this will save everyone needing to re-read the whole thread.0 -

It could well be a genuine address - but it is likely that the email didn't actually come from that address and it has just been spoofed by a scammer. If the email has any links or attachments do not click on them.0 -
I think I might turn off the option to receive emails as i'm never sure if one is genuine or not. This was about apps and had my name and part of my postcode so I was in two minds.
Most likely genuine then as scammers are unlikely to know your postcode.
But the advice about clicking on links still stands.
If your bank want you to visit their site then open a new browser and type the normal URL in, so you can be sure you are visiting the real site.0
