Over payment deductions from ESA

Does anyone know the maximum deductions for overpayments from ESA also max from a 3rd party eg water arrears?

one third in respect of overpayments can be taken from the benefit that pays the highest amount. You can try and argue a lower percentage but in these times they currently see 6 month period to repay as the max. Hardship used to be claimed quite easilly, but that is now becoming the thing of the past. Hardship is seen as part of the whole package for overclaiming a benefit in the past.
I have just had my decision on a similar thing. Debt spread over 6 months or 1/3 of the benefit whichever is the lowest.
As regards water, it used to be about £8 a week.0
