Half Scart?

hello, hope someone can help please.

have seen a tv/dvd portable combo i am considering for my dd's birthday but it says in the description it has a half scart?

Can anyone explain what this is please ( in simple terms as i am definitely not a techie!!)

    Apparently taken from another frum its this
    "It means that one is full SCART (RGB enabled) and the other isn't, therefore becoming half SCART. You only ever plug a VCR into a half SCART socket"

    You can plug more than a VCR into a "half" scart, you just have to make sure you use a source outputing composite rather than RGB format (scart is simply a cable/ socket type which can carry a range of different signal types)
