Hi
I needed some advice on a thieving company at www.directplay.co.uk.
Before Xmas I ordered two PS2 games from them for my nephews, both turned up but one was obviously already a rejected game that they had sent back out again as it had it's returns notice in it and the DVD was faulty.
I sent the faulty game back by recorded delivery (As requested by directplay themselves) but since then have heard nothing. Countless emails to them have not been replied to and it's getting clear that they want nothing else to do with it!. I paid by Visa/Delta - is it possible to claim back through my bank ?. I'm not sure what else to do.
Thanks for any advice

Send them a recorded delivery letter giving them 7 days from the dats of thsi letter to either refund in full all monies and or fulfill there obligation to send you the goods to whcih you paid for. If they fail to do that your will make a claim in the small claims court. Alternatively if you paid by Credit card contact your bank and do a charge back.
