Collection of item - what next?

Hi All

I sold a large item for collection only 9 days ago. I messaged the buyer and asked when he would collect and he replied 3 days later asking for a contact number which I supplied. Since then I haven't heard from him. What are the next steps to follow? Shall I message him again and ask if he is still interested just as a memory jogger? I don't want to be too pushy but am a little concerned as when I looked at his feedback he has a large number of false positives from other sellers who have sold him the same item as he has bought from me. Lots of comments around him letting them down...not turning up when arranged etc so this has obviously started the alarm bells ringing a little.
What is the next step for me?
Thanks

I would open a NPB, hoping that he won't pay by paypal. If other sellers go through the whole NPB process then he'll soon be blocked from buying from most sellers.
  • Alarming! Wait couple of days for him to reply, then open an unpaid case to have your fee back.

Just in case if he paid through paypal, you should refund him immediately if the item is for collection in person - because you can't provide proof of postage if he opens a not received case against you.
