To put the "bun fight" to bed once and for all...would you like me to start a new thread?:D

I have no particular views on that - I just wish we would all get back to being happy bunnies ! Where is HC - I need a belly laugh ?

Noticed these being added by snap-ant and it got me thinking;)

someone posted quite a while ago about things being copied across to the "dark side" being subject to MSE copywright. This is what it says:

I'm no legal eagle but if Mr T is openly using images/text for commercial purposes then they are surely in breach of copyright of MSE and Facebook. Images could be watermarked with an MSE or personal copyright (in the latter case it passes to MSE anyway I think). Removal of the text is also a breach.

So if anyone from Tesco is reading this or distributing FB information obtained originally from here and for commercial purposes i.e. updating store information then I believe you are in breach of copyright.

A carefully worded email to the CEO could have you in hot water and bring the company into disrepute
So how does the above work regarding the newspaper article that was published just recently regarding the milkshake glitch ;)

You needed to be there at the time. Fortunately I was. It was hectic, the site had only just been set up and people were adding and sorting things all over the place, it really was a hive of activity.

It was my understanding at the time that lovecraftings remarks referred to having chance to do it, ie having time.

I'm not sure how they could be construed otherwise as at that time the FB group was free for anyone to join and had a membership of over 100.

exactly, i think the whole point of the group at that time was not completely clear and some were saying it was to prevent lurkers and trouts etc so lovecraftings question was completely understandable. and at that point people were being added left right and centre so it did not seem so 'exclusive' and there was none of this 'us, them' going on. the comment was completely harmless and should never have been brought up in the first place

In your opinion. Which we are all entitled to at the end of the day, it isn't a privilage just for the select few.
