Omg..... you lot have been busy since yesterday evening... gonna read back over the last 14 or so pages :eek: in a minute.

Hope you have all had a day full of bargains :j

I've had a T free day today but a quick update on my DJ Hero / Store Refusal of Overcharge / Head Office saga...... spoke to Head Office again this morning and basically they have said that they cannot intervene or overturn a store manager's decision. They offered me a giftcard as a gesture of goodwill, which I refused.

Right...... off to catch up :)

  • Just on my way back from Sl0ugh, not much to report fr a disappointing trip. I've got a feeling that there is a lurker who doesn't post for this store but picks up all the bargains, as the SEL's have been removed or there's no stock left. Anyone on here shop in Sl0ugh? Will take it back if you do post lol.

Anyways managed to get 4 Nivea deodorants, 1 lynx instinct deodorant, 1 400g toblerone, 4 Dorman spicy nuts and a new find I believe 4p pj bottoms twin pack b/c 5052004705929 located on the front of the pack not back.

Apart from that sugar puffs, rice crispies, playboy boxers, shampoo, lynx rockstar, Babylis shaver, black forest gateaux, wispa ice cream, dole tropical fruit jelly and lotso toy all scanning full price. No SEL's or stickers on strike light twin set, dj hero, Babylis shavers, Disney DVDs or vivitar digital cameras.

I think I need to learn to drive so I can get to the bargains quicker before they all go lol
  • So glad i've found this thread, thanks to everyone that posts their finds keep up the good work :j

Had quite a good day today
    Leaf tray 1p
    Muppet socks 4p
    Flash wipes 25p
    Cereal 49p
    Chuggington train set £1.75
    PJs £1

Just spotted the handbags going cheap so may have to venture out again!!

Finally got 5 mins to post my finds :j

Spent 3 hours in my local extra armed with my lists, clothing is upstairs and the only scanner is downstairs so filled the trolly with what looked like potential bargains and off I trot, best I could find were some dad socks pack of 5 SEL £7 scanned at £4, no PJ's, no Dressing gowns, no slippers, vests or any other socks reduced :( returned it all to the upstairs so looked for the DJ hero only had the WII one SEL £60, then on to the DVD's only had a couple of the Disney ones and no B1G1F stickers in sight.

Back downstairs and look for the babyliss grooming system :( empy shelf where the SEL says half price £14.97 (really needed this), try the lynx, no joy there it's about the only fragrance they didn't have, on to the Pantene 3 bottles of the brunette @24p :j (left about 6 more on shelf), on to the toys found the night strike alas no half price stickers on them and SEL of £60, on the stationary I found a pack of 3 pens RTC 50p, on to household, no pillows, no duvets, no knife blocks and the ones that had the 3for2 stickers last week when I couldn't afford them now have no stickers on them  no casserole dishes, scales had new barcode stickers on and no laundry bundle either.

On to the food now, no cereal, no chicken burgers, so try for the Dormen's nuts, result :T managed to get 3 x fruit and nut @ 1p each, 3 x satay mix @ 25p each, 2 x spicy peanuts @ 25p each, caramel cashews SEL £1.69 scanned at 82p, pistachios SEL £1.69 scanned at 79p then found the Harry Hills peanuts 24p and cashews 38p got 2 of each of those also managed to get 2 of the finest choc tart at 75p SEL £3 each or 2 for £5 no other desserts were scanning lower than the SEL.

Don't think there is anything new there so sorry for the long post, just thought I'd share my day, thanks to all who post and well done to those who managed to find bargains, one day I hope to find something worth posting :)

Any one else here from the Surrey area my local is Purl£y, never seem to have any of the bargains anyone else finds, never been able to find a good DTD there either.
