i thought i hadnt seen posts over the last few days by certain user names and had wondered if they were still posting on a private thread [ ie facebook] and it looks like i was right. As i was one of the first yesterday morning posting [on this thread] regarding the galaxy selection boxes going through at £3 it is quite upsetting as i thought this was all about give and take so i for one will no longer post on this thread or any other thread and i dont think i will be the only one who will feel cheated. So well done to certain members [ you know who you are] goodbye.
In all fairness if no one posted on here and just lurked there would not be a thread for anyone :(.

  • Morning all!

I had to fight for my DTD yesterday, but I succeeded in the end. I bought the Bright starts mobile which had a sticker of £12.50, but scanned as £24.95, and I also got 2 sets of the paisley writing sets, which had SEL of £1, but scanned at £4. The guy at CS checked all the labels etc, then handed me over £24.50. I then queried about DTD, but his reply was "We only give out DTD on 1 item". I was like "whaaat, since when?!". Then he mumbles "It's store policy". I was having none of it, but still being polite. So I asked to see DM, but the guy called him instead and said he was busy and he would not give me the rest of DTD. So I asked him to call HO, and after debating backwards and forwards on the phone with myself and the CS guy, 5 minutes later, the CS guy hung up. He then let out a sigh and said "you can get DTD on all of the items".

    Never give in peeps!

P.S Off topic, but how many Thanks can you guys see on my name? I thank people, but it doesn't seem to budge?!?!

    TIA

yup as mum said tesco finest italian style meatballs 480g half price £1.50, its a bargain because the packs of finest meatballs 390g are 2 packs for £5.00, so your getting more meat for less buying the half price ones :) and very nice they are too....

A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist
