Well, I had a very interesting / embarrasing encounter last night.

Long story short (ish). Went to see Breaking Dawn with friends 'Vikki' and 'Lynne'. Myself and Vikki went early to nip into the big Mr T's beside the cinema and I was delighted to finally get some Chuggington, Andrex, ITNG Aquadoodles (SEL 6p) and some Playboy boxers. Anyway, the bargain hunting made us 25 minutes late for meeting Lynne and a group of her friends for a meal. (They had been a bit late too so I didn't feel quite as guilty )

When we got into the restaurant, Lynne says 'how was the bargain hunting?' Vikki says 'Great, we got heaps of stuff', Me - 'Then we found a heap of 1p bags of sweets so went back for some more'. Lynne then introduces one of her friends 'This is Carol - she works in Tesco. What department do you work in Carol?' ............

'I'm head of security!' :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

My face must have been a picture cos Carol then asked what we had been up to. 'Oh nothing, just got some sweeties for 1p'. She said they do slip through sometimes.

Think that's my card marked now

I'm going to N*wport shopping today and thought i'd try the tesco there as it's the biggest in Wales.
Anyone know where the scanners are since it's been refurbished TIA

Amazing that it's taken soooo long for anyone to admit still being a member. So how big is the membership now given it had climbed to 122 at its peak and had shrunk to 54 when my membership seemed to 'lapse'?

Are they still taking posts from here along with photographs? An interesting copyright issue given they didn't ask any of the original posters if they could take then (they have at least 3 or mine) or ask martin as he claims copyright I believe on anything posted here.

I know it sounds like raking over old coals, but I know of a few people who are reluctant now to offer info on here in great detail knowing its just going to be pinched and duplicated in a group which has been proven has high up tesco staff as its members who then print off lists of stuff and get glitches killed off early.

i thought i hadnt seen posts over the last few days by certain user names and had wondered if they were still posting on a private thread [ ie facebook] and it looks like i was right.As i was one of the first yesterday morning posting [on this thread] regarding the galaxy selection boxes going through at £3 it is quite upsetting as i thought this was all about give and take so i for one will no longer post on this thread or any other thread and i dont think i will be the only one who will feel cheated.So well done to certain members [ you know who you are] goodbye.

Yeah, my local that I'm in about 3 times a day!! Don't think I've ever seen her there before but I'm sure I will see her all the time from now on though!
