I jst tried this and I'm on it and I'm ex directory is this because i put it on my clubcard any way of taking it off. I don't know what else is listed because I've not joined.

I tried to type an explanation but in the end I've copied this from my council's website. You are on there because of the electoral register & must be on the full register

    The full register

The full register shows the names and addresses of everyone who is entitled to vote, All voters must be included in the full register. The law gives details of who can have a copy of the register and what purposes it can be used for. These purposes include elections to prevent and detect crime to check your identity when you apply for credit. It is a criminal offence to pass on copies of the full register or use it for any other purpose.
    The edited register

Anyone can buy a copy of the edited register and use it for any purpose eg direct mailing companies may use it to send you information about their goods and services.
You can now choose to have your name excluded from the edited register. If you do not want your details shown on the edited register you must inform us. There are opt-out boxes on the registration form which you must tick.

I had the trial this morning for 3 hours and I think it was really good but have to wait and see... the other person is yet to have their go and then they will make a decision... tomorrow is the big interview and I'm determinated to rock it too as I would love to be offered both and have a chance to make the choice myself :p

Aw can't we choose which one you take if you are offered both? I feel we're all part of this mysterious job :)
  • Has anyone tried the three £15 iTunes gift cards for £35? There could be a nice DTD there if the discount doesn't kick in.

I got a load of these when it was 48p a bottle and 75% free!!

jamaica's pride hot pepper sauce the best and hottest sauce I have found, I have a bottle sitting on my desk!

Anyone tried Dave's Insanity Ghost Pepper Sauce? It's really really really hot. It's about a fiver a bottle though. Got one for a friend for his birthday, someone decided to have a shot of it, managed only half a shot, went bright red and had to go sit in a cold bath for a while!:rotfl:
There is an even hotter one which I haven't tried.

Sounds the likely culprit. There is an opt out box on the forms you fill out for the electoral roll - have opted out for years and very rarely get nuisance calls now :)

This site has nothing whatsoever to do with your Tesco clubcard, it's information from the Electoral roll. If you want your details removed:

I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!

I'm opted out but I enter a lot of competitions which require a phone number and I can't be bothered to get a comping mobile, so I still get offered a new kitchen on an almost daily basis on my landline
