I've also spotted some Disney stickers today but they were films I don't want (Lemonade something and Tron) so didn't bother.

Lemonade mouth?! My sister is obsessed with that film! It's on my TV on record as she recorded it so she can endlessly watch it ... much to my delight  Why do Virgin Media insist on making the record button so easy to find on the remote control? My little sisters are 5 & 6 and we have series links for about a million episodes of Hannah Montana and Peppa Pig! :rotfl: x

I'm going to catch up after I've eaten but in the middle of cooking, thinking where we are going to do the weekly shop tomorrow, I felt moved to post this.

Message to whoever is reading the glitches posted on here & facebook & passing them straight onto the management or H.O. (I'm not in the facebook group but if you want to copy & paste feel free)

You may think you are being clever & may even be getting some sort of pat on the back for being a good employee but in the long run I think you've shot yourself in the foot.

A couple of months ago Tesco was THE place to shop, double clubcard points, accepting competitors coupons, politely giving DTD if you had made a mistake as promised. A very helpful Customer Service dept at H.O. if there still was a problem and lately, and I am fairly new to all this glitching & 1p & 4p items and quite unsuccessful finding them.

In the past couple of weeks its all changed clubcard points have been reduced, competitors coupons no longer available because you say we prefer lower prices in this price drop thing but they aren't lower, prices of items going up a few days before they go on special offer or BOGOF, people pointing out they have been overcharged only offered the difference and being treated like criminals if they ask for DTD which they are entitled to, two very stupid people I have personally spoken to at H.O. in the past few days who sound like they are reading from the Tesco manual but are on the wrong page, people being told their clubcard vouchers have already been exchanged in store when they still have them in their hands, a heavily pregnant woman being asked if it was a real bump and now the only redeeming factor of still shopping at Tesco the chance you might find an item from last seasons stock at a reduced price which you would much rather bin than sell to a loyal customer who has spent hours in your store & whilst there bought other items & dismantling the in store scanners so customers cannot check prices because the assistants are too inept to put the correct labels against the correct products.

Tesco is not that much of an outstanding store & the own brand stuff is not great so a decision has been made tomorrow we go to another chain of supermarket & if we like it we may not be back. Drop in the ocean you might think but how many on here are maybe feeling the same & how many lurk but don't post as I said shot yourselves in the foot !

Back later just for the social interaction boys & girls

    I must be hormonal today

I thought T's already had staff watching the forum anyway:wave::wave::wave::p:p:p:p:p
    we will still outsmart them
plus we needs lots and lots of chatter to hide the bargains and glitches peeps:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

so i vote for more baked potatoes, lemons, poems, naughty photos, marital problems (i can help with that bit lol!)
    BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!

2 of the best posts on here today. I'll leave the marital problems one for now but seeing as it's coming into winter (or at least it is over here), how's about some winter warming recipes? I have a lovely slow cooker sitting but I'm scared to use it in case I set the house on fire. I also have some nice recipes that I think could be used in a slow cooker but don't know what changes need to be made.

I know. It's so easy to get carried away on here thinking that we are among friends when ANYONE can read our posts. In fact, there are probably lots of people who read and feel sorry for us and think we should be certified!

Can you imagine someone reading HappyChappy's last post out of context - I'm shopping in Tesco and I've bought 12 tennis balls and a lemon!

Or - I can't remember the person - Is it okay to eat yoghurt without a spoon?

And loads of other random posts lol.

You're right, people probably think we're really mad, especially when some of us willl get on our bikes to buy milkshake when we've had a glass of wine so can't drive;);):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Ggrrr. Just went to Birmingham Springhill store and found a massive hoard of every type of 4p tights mentioned to date. Every single pack would not go through self serve tills.

Looks like that is why there was such a massive amount still available.

OH was soooooo embarrassed as I split the stash between us and we both got the same result. Aaargh. I was told off for wasting an hour!!!

    :(
