I have just got back from T's and I have a lovely SA in there who knows that I'm on MSE. She has told me to be a bit careful because some of the MSE people have got a facebook thing going and T's have managed to get onto it:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:and are using it for stuff. Don't want to cause chaos on here and I'm not part of the group but just thought I would let you know;););)
So if they are on face book and there are 100 members it should be reasonably easy to track them down or at least make a short list eliminating those who regularly post on here? Gotcha?Awaiting a new sig0 -
Evening all
Was working today, and it would appear to have been some day in here! Say no more on that though!;) Just caught up from page 299!! My eyes hurt :rotfl:

Message to whoever is reading the glitches posted on here & facebook & passing them straight onto the management or H.O. (I'm not in the facebook group but if you want to copy & paste feel free)
You may think you are being clever & may even be getting some sort of pat on the back for being a good employee but in the long run I think you've shot yourself in the foot.
A couple of months ago Tesco was THE place to shop, double clubcard points, accepting competitors coupons, politely giving DTD if you had made a mistake as promised. A very helpful Customer Service dept at H.O. if there still was a problem and lately, and I am fairly new to all this glitching & 1p & 4p items and quite unsuccessful finding them.
In the past couple of weeks its all changed clubcard points have been reduced, competitors coupons no longer available because you say we prefer lower prices in this price drop thing but they aren't lower, prices of items going up a few days before they go on special offer or BOGOF, people pointing out they have been overcharged only offered the difference and being treated like criminals if they ask for DTD which they are entitled to, two very stupid people I have personally spoken to at H.O. in the past few days who sound like they are reading from the Tesco manual but are on the wrong page, people being told their clubcard vouchers have already been exchanged in store when they still have them in their hands, a heavily pregnant woman being asked if it was a real bump and now the only redeeming factor of still shopping at Tesco the chance you might find an item from last seasons stock at a reduced price which you would much rather bin than sell to a loyal customer who has spent hours in your store & whilst there bought other items & dismantling the in store scanners so customers cannot check prices because the assistants are too inept to put the correct labels against the correct products.
Tesco is not that much of an outstanding store & the own brand stuff is not great so a decision has been made tomorrow we go to another chain of supermarket & if we like it we may not be back. Drop in the ocean you might think but how many on here are maybe feeling the same & how many lurk but don't post as I said shot yourselves in the foot !
Back later just for the social interaction boys & girls

I know. It's easy to forget that MSE is in the public domain. Can you imagine if they started quoting the stuff posted on this thread, including the photos?!!
i keep forgetting that that it is a public one and anyone can read and see what is going on on here without even having an account :eek:0 -

I've arrived at T's.
This post is coming to you fromthe trout pond.Happy I don't know why we all love it when we know you're on the bus, but the funniest thing was when you posted your picture of the bus when you were on your little jaunt with KT. Sometimes i wish I could jump into my lappie and give you a big hug, in a cyber mummy way, because you make laugh so much and majorly bring out my maternal side:o:o:o:o Think I'm going soft in my old age, but I bet a lot of us feel the same.
Could not have put it better myself I think that's why it makes me smile as I remember you posting that picture too. :rotfl:
And as for the bus getting lost I was sort of using it as a way of describing how I felt about this thread over last couple of days.
I got Tennis Balls when they were cheap in Argos in the summer and I have not got any use for them at all....yet.:o:o

I am really busy today and not followed the thread but I have kept quiet about the FB thing
It's was started without consultation as a unilateral decision
People are wanting to join whether they want to or not for fear of missing out
Previously people had to work for their bargains
Locarr has some valid points and although some I don't agree with I wish everyone would stop having a go, newbies ARE coming out of the woodwork and thd rule of 100 thanks and 1 month membership is no guarantee that it is not a trout joining
Yes we all know T's followed this thread BUT we used to make them work hard to follow the glitches too
You have just made it totally impossible for us normal mortals who cannot run out at the drop of a hat to catch a bargain or two
I am very unhappy about it and would like to call for the page to be closed
There I've said it
another point i'd like to make is- now there is a wow factor on threads we stand out even more. although i like to see we got a good wow factor as we deserve it, it does draw people to us0
