I must confess to doing something very simillar a couple of weeks ago! Took a trip the the elgin Mr T's and they have an upstairs dept, something I'm not familiar with lol so i goes to get on the escalator with my trolley, totally not paying attention to where i was going and yeah you guessed it tried to go up the coming down one :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I do this all the time, my 2nd local is the opposite to my first local and every time I go down the wrong way!

Congrats to poster with the boots job (almost put boob job then ) and the Nikki I think for the smoking well done :D

Dropped on earlier when I went to donny on some PJS in DDs size so picked them up but didnt have clubcard vouchers with me to double up so took them back to my local when I got home and got them to return them and buy them with double up. They still had signs up for 3 for 2 which didn't come off so went to CS who gave me £16 back :j

Just went to heat up a whoopsied reggae reggae chicken pasta and realised the microwave isn't working and is in the car as tried to take it back today (labeled tescos brand but they wouldn't accept it back as no receipt, and even though I have only had it 4 months, they say I could have found it in a skip) then tried to heat it up the oven, I have run out of gas, we run off gas bottles.

Anyone have a receipe that invoves cooking meat quick with no microwave or oven? I have a steamer and and a slow cooker ; (

Need meat! I am craving it although I am not pregnant as far as I know.

Im a bit of a lurker Im afraid! I never have anything much to say! Saying that though I did pop out to Littlehampton and no dvd player (apart from the normal black one for £44.99) or anything else there cheap - I looked for 4p items and the johnsons face wipes but only scanning at the £3.whatever it was. But then I never seem to find the bargains anyway so could just be me! I did find a pink solar powered calculator though for 50p which will go towards one of the kids Christmas presents!

Welcome lurker  I knew there was a few of you frequenting L'ton store.
Sorry to hear you haven't found much yet :( although have to admit that store is very on the ball, they do however keep restocking their 1p Toy Story gift bags if this is of any use to you?

Thanks for posting to let us all know. I think we all have moments when we feel invisible, don't take it to heart, it's great to have another new mse on board and I hope you stick around and manage to grab yourself a bargain or 2 :)

Just wondering if anyone ever posted a pic of the 1p Toy Story bags? I've just had a b'day party for my 2yo twins but need to start stocking up for next year
