I think I will send my hubby to try it tomorrow Karen as he's day off and I really must crack on with my assignment that I have to hand in a 1pm!!! Not started yet!! OMG!!!

It was my hubby who found the dvd players, so maybe sending yours will be lucky!

Best get some Red Bull in, sounds like you have a bit of a mission on! Good luck with the assignment

Thanks Karen. Fingers crossed he finds them. Our boys would love Santa so much to get one each. I think I need more than luck with the assignment :o. Thanks so much for the DVD post.

My cpu screen decided to stop working a few days ago so if anyone spots a deal let me know. OH is out of work and have today plugged in the bedroom tv to print off CV's so hello again. My local Mr T's has the Intesnse Lynx shower shower gels 59p SEL's up, sold out, so none for me. Babylis 10 in 1 shavers scanning full price and I have never found a 4p item. (feeling sorry for myself) ; )

I think you need to read post 5605 when someone says they started the facebook group to stop lurkers from having all the bargains handed on a plate SURELY THAT IS SAYING PEOPLE ARE POSTING BARGAINS ON FACEBOOK AND NOT ON THIS SITE

No what it is saying is that the photo's and lists of grabbits etc. which are all together on facebook, make it much easier for to find. It saves having to trawl back through the hundreds of posts to find the specific bargains. That is what the handing it on a plate refers to. It seems only fair that the ones who actually contribute should benefit from this facility. It's the same stuff on here and Facebook...but here you have to put in a bit of work to find it! There's not the chat there that there is here but Facebook does have the advantage of having photo album facilities and creating documents which can be constantly updated.
I personally see Facebook being used as a reference library rather than a forum and perhaps if more people realised that this is basically all it is....they will stop feeling threatened by it's existence.

There seems to be a lot of people here who are slating the facebook site without realising what it's actually about.
For anyone who has belonged and contributed here for a month and has more than a 100 thanks why not join the Facebook site and THEN see if it's for you or not. If it's not then that's fine but at least you will be able to satisfy yourself that there is nothing there that isn't here and there is nothing underhand going on regarding sharing bargains etc.
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Found some good tesco under £1 bargains tonight, but I am done with sharing them here as I don't know if it will be quoted in your facebook group and there is still too much silly bickering here anyway - bye x

Its practically impossible to get on the facebook page. Have asked to join and got nowhere. Really upset. Guess you have to be part of a certain clique to be part of this group!!! :(
